TED, a nonprofit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading, started as a four-day conference in California 25 years ago.  Following the phenomenal success of TED, TEDx now offers individuals or groups a way to host local, self-organized events around the world.  In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx events bring people together to share a TED-like experience. 

TEDxManchester 2017 took place at HOME, in Manchester on 19 February 2017.
