NIOZ is the national oceanographic institute and centre of expertise in the Netherlands for the ocean, sea and coast.  World Ocean Day this year coincides with the 150th anniversary of the national ocean science institute NIOZ, making it a double celebration for this year’s National Ocean Science Conference.
